The atmosphere was set anticipating whether we were going to repeat the same adventure in 2026. 1ST HALF - Started out with high energy and pace on both teams. A big dunk (which I failed to record) set the tone early for the Sabers. However, the Vikings traveled over two hours to play bayside ball. Shifty and quick turnovers, good rebounds let them to enter the half down by one 25-26. 2ND HALF - SEED displayed to fans they are truly a second half team. The third period being their strongest adding 27 points in it. In the fourth they contributed 13 more points. The 4th for the Vikings was their largest scoring period. They had 18 points, and were able to end the final with a 10 point deficit. SEED stood tall and claimed their first 1A Boys state title in school history defeating the CSD Vikings, 66-56. Proud of all the players, coaches, parents, teachers, and fans; who participated in making this matchup a success. KEEP WORKING HARD, CONGRATS SEED SABERS!!!!
