North Caroline comes out with the 67-43 win against Indian River after a dominant 3rd quarter
Broadneck defeated North Caroline 83-41 on the road Monday night. Sophomore Cole Schabow scored 13 points, Senior Joey Smargissi added 12 points and Freshman Liam Sabo chipped in 10 points. Drew Cahall and Ashton Sellman both scored 9 points. The team returns to action next Friday at the Beach Slam Holiday Tournament at Cape Henlopen HS in Delaware.

Cambridge-South Dorchester will be looking to start off strong to build upon the success they achieved in the 2023 season. The Vikings will match up with North Caroline on the 6th, looking to avenge their opening conference loss to them last season. An eight-game winning streak took the Vikings from a regional quarterfinal loss in 2022 to a state semifinal appearance in 2023, where they were defeated by eventual champions Fort Hill. Will their explosive offense be able to take them all the way to a championship this year?
