Tech welcomed Havre de Grace into the "Snake Pit" on Friday night for the second time this week. The Warriors took the first game on Wednesday evening but that would not be the case Friday. Mateo Hiett and Zach Lane set the tone for the Cobras, Hiett with another double double,22 points 14 rebounds, and Lane using his speed and ball handling to attack the rim for 18 points of his own. Tech had timely buckets from Joel Dukes and Jahlil James, along with possession securing rebounds from Ridley and James, made sure the Warriors didn't have the opportunity to make a late game run. Josiah Lawrence dropped 21 with help from a monster rebounder and put back king Laveasa Gamey, they were able to stay within reach, however it would not be enough, as Tech takes the night.
The Fallston Cougars rolled past Harford Tech, 55–24, extending their winning streak to 8 straight games 🐾🏀The Cougars were led by Brooke Bolesta, who dominated on both ends with 12 points, 14 rebounds, and 6 blocks. Maura Lawall followed with a strong all-around performance, adding 10 points and 6 assists.Additional scoring came from Kaitlyn Kasten with 8 points, while Marisa Dixon chipped in 7 points to round out a complete team effort.Another statement win for the Cougars. Harford Tech 64 C. Milton Wright 75 Tuesday night brought the Cobras to Mustang country and it didn't end well for the snakes. Harford Tech got out early and led the scoring for most of the first period but as the last second dropped, the score was in the Mustang's favor. It wouldn't stay that way as Tech and CMW would hold leads throughout this foul whistled riddled affair. Swapping the lead position with Mustangs several times, but as the final horn sounded, it would be C. Milton Wright with the advantage. The Mustangs were paced by Xavier Holley's 19 and Shawn Lauderdale adding 17 to the total. Harford Tech had 2 players, Joel Dukes with 20 points and Mateo "Taco" Hiett with a 20 pt 10 rebound double-double, as they took the game high, with Zay Roberson reaching double digits with 12 points of his own.

Edgewood Rams 56 Harford Tech Cobras 58 The Rams walked into Harford Tech's Snake Pit atop the Hatem division but the Cobras had plans to rattle the standings. Harford Tech's Mateo "Taco" Hiett was able to bucket 17 points with 8 rebounds to lead the Cobras, helped out by Junior Joel Dukes with 14 and Levi Ridley's 10. Edgewood Rams had the usual suspects.. Sean Kellum hit for 16 with his sidekick Isiah Deyo being the high-man with 20 of his own. A back and forth affair throughout the 4th period ended on a last second shot. Hiett took the ball with 6 seconds on the clock, drove and dishes one of his assists to Isaiah Roberson for a last second floater to take the W. A rivalry renewed
Fallston 62 Harford Tech 45 Harford Tech welcomed a visiting Fallston High team into the Snake Pit and the visitors would win the night. Fallston got out front 15 to 12 at the end of the first period and would hold a lead throughout. Tech would cut a fourteen point deficit in the second half to just six but would ultimately fall short, 62 - 45, as the Cougars Aiden Robinson would lead the way with 16 points followed by John Wirth with 13. Harford Tech Cobras were paced by Mateo Taco Hiett with 12 points and 5 assists, helped by Levi Ridley's 11 points. Next up for Harford Tech is Edgewood Rams on Thursday night while Fallston faces Aberdeen.
Harford Tech 70 Havre De Grace 67 The Warriors welcomed in the Cobras of Tech and a classic game was in the making. Havre de Grace broke out to an early lead 10-4 in the first period but by the end of the period, Harford Tech had stormed out to take the lead. The largest lead of the game 16 belonged to the Cobras but the Warriors closed the gap and took the lead in the fourth. The game went back and forth but the win would go to Harford Tech. Tech was led by Mateo Hiett with 24 points and 6 rebounds accompanied by Isaiah Roberson with 13. Carter Bayless had a career game in support for the Cobras , while Mekhi Coleman was everywhere for HDG. Havre de Grace was paced by Lawrence with 29 for the game high.

Aberdeen 70 Harford Tech 49 Aberdeen Eagles welcomed the Cobras to the Eagle's nest by jumping out to a 10-0 lead to start the game. The lead would never diminish as Sophomore Devin Murphy soared with 17 points and Rogers added 14 of his own. The Cobras would fight to the end, lead by Juniors Joel Dukes with 15 points and Mateo Hiett adding 14 points and 5 steals. The 'Deen go into the holiday break with the W.
Harford Tech 51 C. Milton Wright 69 The Harford Tech Cobras welcomed in The Mustangs from C. Milton Wright and with the tip off, the battle started. Each team trading blows and the game stayed within six points until midway through the third period. This is when the Mustangs, being led by Lauderdale with 25 points and Xavier Holly adding 15 of his own, started easing away from the Cobras. Not going away that easy, Isaiah Roberson took the reigns for the Cobras and put 17 on the board, Zach Lane contributed with 14 and Joel Dukes added 12 points and seven boards, yet it wasn't enough to stop the stampeding mustangs.
Edgewood 65 Harford Tech 50 The Rams came out on Friday night and gave the Harford Tech Cobras a rude welcome to their house. Taking the lead early in the game off of hot shooting from Sean Kellum, that didn't cool off through the entirety of the game as he finished with 29 and the big man Deyo added 22 of his own. The Cobras were led by the junior forward tandem of Jalil James and Mateo Hiett both adding 13 points each, with Hiett grabbing 10 rebounds for his 2nd double double of the early season. The game ended with Edgewood Rams putting 65 for the win and Harford Tech Cobras scoring 50.
Harford Tech 72 North Harford 63 North Harford Hawks welcomed the scrappy team from Harford Tech and the game was not lacking excitement from tip off. A clinic was put on by the Hawks Jason Brady as he shot lights out, dropping 36 to lead the scoring. Mason Harvey complimented that air assault with 13 points of his own. However, the Cobras we're not to be denied as they led wire to wire with senior guard Zach Lane having a career night of his own with 25 points, assisted by Mateo "Taco" Hiett hauling in a career high 16 rebounds, to accompany his 12 points. Joel Dukes added 11 for the Cobras, as they took the win, in the hostile North Harford gymnasium.
Patterson Mill jumped out to a 46–21 halftime lead with a huge 16-0 run in the second quarter to push the lead. And never let up in an 80–38 win over Harford Tech on Monday. Last night the South Carroll girls varsity team made history by winning their first state title in school history. Going into their state final game the Lady Cavaliers were 17-1 dropping only one game to 3A Century playing in the state final for their respective class. Junior Kenley Kalbaugh, one of the best attacking players in Carroll County, quickly opened up the scoring for the Lady Cavaliers in the first half putting them up 1-0. In the second half Senior Anna Santacroce would knock the score up to 2-0 with an assist from Freshman Kaylee Mayr. With about 4 minutes left Kalbaugh would slot the ball to Santacroce, finishing it to get the score up to 3-0 sealing the deal for the Lady Cavaliers as 1A State Champions. Congratulations! n the opening match, C Milton Wright defeated Harford Tech 2-0 on 10/22/2025 @ Harford Tech this evening to wrap up their season with an overall 14-1 record (14-0 in Harford County). It was the 4th time this season that the two teams squared off against each other, and the match was very competitive and set the tone for the Varsity Harford County semi-final match that followed. In the first set, Harford Tech had a commanding late lead before CMW went on an amazing run to even the score before CMW ultimately pulled out a 26-24 1st set win. In the 2nd set, Harford Tech dominated the set winning easily 25-18 in spite of losing the service error differential by 5 errors. In the 3rd set, CMW was up late in the set before Harford Tech went on an extended run and then finished off the set with a 25-22 set win. In the fourth set, both teams had early extended service rallies until the score was dead even midway through the set. Then, CMW pulled away with a 25-15 set win to force the tie-breaker set. In the tie-breaker set, Harford Tech took an early 7-1 lead before CMW fought back, but CMW was unable to overcome that early set led ultimately losing the last set 15-9. Harford Tech moves on to the Harford County Finals while CMW saw its season end with at 12-3 overall season record (11-3 in Harford County).
