In an impressive display, the Jaguars secured a decisive victory over the Bladensburg Mustangs with a final score of 74 to 35, extending their winning streak to three games. Leading the charge were Kyla Graham with 16 points, four steals, and three assists, and Ava Redman with 15 points, ten rebounds, and six assists, bringing the team's conference record to 7-0 and overall record to 10-2.

This edition of the Boys Basketball game between Parkdale and Bladesnburg is a bonafide rivalry. Each match up between these two schools is decided by 5 points or less and neither team has been on a two game winning streak in over 3 years. The back and forth continued tonight. Parkdale held a commanding first half lead, up by as many as 14 points but the Mustangs slowly but surely chipped away at the lead until they tied the game up with 19 seconds left. Free throws haunted the Panthers tonight to set the stage for the Mustang comeback. So with seven seconds left in the game and Bladesnburg tying the game up on two crucial free throws the Panthers had one possession to get the job done. Once the ball was inbounded Jairus Giray passed the ball to a streaking Jacob Wilson who laid the ball gently off the backboard for 2pts and the game winner. Parkdale 48 Bladesnburg 46! The student body rushed the court in jubilee. Once again the Panthers are the "Dig Deep" Hard Hat winners.
