The Fallston Cougars defeated Bel Air with a commanding 65–15 victory, extending their winning streak to three games. The Cougars were led by Brooke Bolesta, who delivered a standout all-around performance with 15 points, 10 rebounds, and 4 assists. Phaedra Michaelides followed with a double-double of her own, posting 11 points and 12 rebounds. Marisa Dixon added 10 points, while Kaitlyn Kasten and Maura Lawall each chipped in 7 points, rounding out a balanced team effort in the win.

Fallston first game of the season started out with a win over Bel Air H.S. JV with 51 to 20. The leading scores were Mason Glodek and Grant Rausch with 12 points followed by London Anderson with 10 points. It was a good team win.

The Fallston Cougars defeated Bel Air 66 to 20. The Cougars put together several strong individual performances. Senior forward Brooke Bolesta led the team with an impressive 16 points and 14 rebounds, while senior center Phaedra Michaelides followed with 14 points and 13 rebounds and Senior forward Maddie Morehead also chipped in 12 points while senior Andrea Dorezas and Sophomore Ella DiCasagrande both had 8 points. Furthermore, Junior guard Maura Lawall 10 assists and 8 steals!Also, This was Coach Johnny Woods’ 100 win as Head Coach at Fallston!

North Harford’s Lily Frank scored two goals for North Harford, one in the first quarter and one in the second. Bobcat, Amelia Mason scored in the third quarter on an assist from Avery Frank. In the fourth quarter Lila Hodgson scored on an assist from Amelia Mason. With no time left on the clock, playing out a corner, Annie Donahue scored for Bel Air.

#8 Bel Air (10-1) sweeps C.Milton Wright (25-11, 25-16, 25-17). Prior to tonight, the Bobcats had lost two consecutive matches at the home of C.Milton Wright. The last place they lost 2 in a row was at Rising Sun High School between 2016 and 2018. The Mustang gym has been a difficult place for the Bobcats to play. Tonight, the Bobcats ended the curse and have now won 15 of the last 15 sets. The streak began the last time they faced the Mustangs after C.Milton Wright took the first set. During their streak in 14 sets only one team has reached the 20 point mark. Next up for the Bobcats is their DIG PINK event on Thursday 10/16 against the Fallston Cougars.

CMW dominated the first set jumping out to a 15-2 lead and then held on to win the first set by a score of 25-11. Both teams played a very competitive 2nd set and Bel Air fought hard to eventually tie the score at 24-24 before CMW took the next two points to win the 2nd deciding set by a final score of 26-24. After a flat start and trailing 7-14 in set 3, Bel Air sent it to extra points but Fallston was able to finish on top. The Bobcats were led by hitting of senior right-side Annalise Lewis and middle Macie Kane. The Bel Air defense was led by junior libero Kennedy Valentin.
