The District of Columbia Interscholastic Athletic Association spring flag football playoffs kicked off last week with quarterfinal games, setting up the final four teams for two games next week. Top-seed School Without Walls and No. 3 seed Eastern dominated opening round matchups with shutouts, while No. 2 seed H. D. Woodson escaped McKinley Tech with a 7-0 win and Calvin Coolidge slipped past Benjamin Banneker, 19-13. Woodson and Eastern play at 5 p.m. on Wednesday (April 24) with SWW and Coolidge scheduled to start right after. The winners advance to the DCIAA championship on Friday, April 26.
