Kaleah Anderson (Glen Burnie) and Chloe Greenway (Oakland Mills) earned MVP honors in a back-and-forth battle. Anderson got things rolling early, knocking down a three to open the scoring—setting the tone for a game full of shot attempts on both sides. A standout from Anne Arundel showed out as well, making a big impact throughout the game. Anne Arundel led 37-29 at the half, but Howard County came out of the break firing, going on a 12-0 run to flip the momentum. Lauer caught fire in the second half, drilling a logo three and following it up with another from the top of the key. Howard County took a 64-60 lead with just over 3 minutes left and held a one-point edge with 30 seconds remaining. But Anne Arundel responded with a clutch bucket to take the lead late. Anne Arundel escapes with a 69-68 win. 🔥

One of them you will definitely be alerted to, the Pasadena Bow. It is really know as the Dena Bowl. It’s the rival game between Chesapeake High School (AA) and Northeast HS. Two schools that reside in Pasadena, Maryland. Here comes MFV to cover the JV Football version. Was the atmosphere set to be a battle? Yes, more of a war. For the Chesapeake Cougars, their motivation might have been to continue the winning streak started by their varsity. Northeast, they had get back. They wanted to make up for their varsity’s loss. Let’s see how this went down. 1ST HALF - COUGARS - 0 EAGLES - 22 Cougars won the coin toss and deferred to the 2nd half. On the Eagles first drive they moved down the field effectively running the ball. A fumble recovery by Chesapeake, changed the momentum for a minute. Cougars didn’t get too far and ended their drive with a punt. Nearing the second quarter, Eagles were in good field position to score and added 8 in the beginning of the 2nd. From then began Northeast’s dominance of the quarter. The Cougars did have two interceptions but struggled to produce points from them. 2ND HALF - COUGARS - 0 EAGLES - 44 The Cougars received the kick looking to make up for the 1st half. Northeast continued with their foot on the gas. Big runs, huge pass plays; it just became difficult to stop them. It wasn’t long the mercy rule Thad been put in place. The get back succeeded and the Northeast Eagles celebrated a victory. Keep grinding COUGARS, you guys hustled hard even though you didn’t get what you wanted. EAGLES, congrats on the win. Keep striving to get to the championship. Much success to you BOTH. MillerFlow MFVAllSportsNetwork

This was actually our first baseball game coverage of the season. We pulled up to Severn Run High School for a baseball match between Chesapeake Cougars and the Severn Run Wolves. The Cougars scored one run in the first, and started spreading the lead between the 4th and 6th Innings. However, Severn Run stood tall and fought to the end. They scored a run although I missed filming. BIG SHOUTS to the COUGARS and WOLVES, much success on the remainder of your season. THANK YOU to WOLVES Athletics for allowing us to film. Enjoy the highlights. #marylandhighschoolsports #millerflowvlogs #baseball #highschoolbaseball Final Score: COUGARS -11 WOLVES - 1 👀 MFV U📺🔗⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dzsHKh351TA
🥍 🥍 DENABOWL - BIG ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY LAX RIVALRY | Chesapeake vs Northeast In all the rival games I’ve been to, this is probably one of the closest fought of them all. Pulled up to the DENABOWL, rivalry game between Anne Arundel County’s Chesapeake Cougars and the Northeast Eagles. Out the gate, Chesapeake put points on the board. In the 2nd quarter, Northeast answered right back tying the game. By halftime Cougars were up by 1. However, this game had some tough looking checks, and refs did and at times didn’t throw flags. You could hear the trash talk between these guys. BOTH were passionate in playing at a high level in this game. Cougars were able to win by two, but I wouldn’t say it was easily given. CONCLUSION, one of the BEST RIVALRY games MFV has witnessed in a while. BIG SHOUTS to the COUGARS and EAGLES. RESPECT to you guys, you left everything on the field as a good competition should be. SPECIAL THANKS to Northeast Athletics for allowing us to film. Wishing all you guys much success in the future. Enjoy the highlights Final Score: COUGARS - 5 EAGLES - 3 👀 MFV U📺🔗⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uBglHaUaDNM
